Global Interactive Storytelling, 1 connected experience
Gravit8 partnered with OrangeDoor, to create a globally connected interactive experience for their clients ServiceNow- designed to transform how complex digital solutions are explored, understood, and experienced.
Installed permanently across 8 flagship offices including Munich, Santa Clara (Head Office), New York, Tokyo, and Sydney, this dual-screen Object Recognition (OR) table setup blends physical interaction with cinematic, full-screen storytelling- bringing ServiceNow’s industry expertise to life in a way that’s both intuitive and unforgettable.
At its core, the experience combines a tactile OR table with a large-format display positioned directly in front of it.
Users interact with physical objects on the table to navigate content, while the wall-mounted screen delivers high-impact video playback- creating a seamless connection between touch and storytelling.
Designed as a long-term installation rather than a one-off event piece, the solution needed to be scalable, flexible, and easy to manage across multiple global locations.
As a global leader in enterprise workflow solutions, ServiceNow needed a way to present a broad and complex portfolio in a format that felt simple, engaging, and consistent worldwide.

Gravit8 designed and developed a bespoke OR table experience that puts intuitive interaction at the forefront.
Each physical object represents an industry. When placed on the table, it unlocks up to three relevant solutions, displayed as interactive touchpoints. Users can drag the object to explore these options, seamlessly triggering new layers of content.
Selecting a solution activates a dual-screen response, while the table acts as the control surface, the wall display delivers full-screen video content for maximum visual impact.
Each solution is broken down into three chapters, which users can browse and play by simply rotating the object- creating a natural, tactile way to navigate content.

To complement the core experience, a “Game Arcade” app was also developed- featuring six ServiceNow-branded mini games. Designed as a lighter, more playful interaction, it adds an extra layer of engagement and encourages repeat use of the tables.
Across offices worldwide, the installation delivers a consistent yet adaptable experience- helping ServiceNow connect with audiences in a way that is impactful, memorable, and built for the future.
