At the prestigious South Beach Hotel in Miami, Zero 100 hosted an exclusive internal forum event that brought together top-tier CEOs and COOs.

This invite-only gathering demanded an innovative and engaging way to represent their cutting-edge supply chain solutions. Our team rose to the challenge by creating one of our unforgettable tablet walls that captivated and engaged all who passed it. 

The Challenge: Captivating an Exclusive Audience 

 Zero 100 asked for a memorable, interactive display to showcase their supply chain expertise. They aimed for an experience that would attract top executives whilst offering detailed insights into six pillars of their business. The solution needed to be both eye-catching and educational, ensuring real engagement and useful data collection for follow-ups after the event. 

Our Innovative Solution: A Tablet Wall of Discovery 

We designed and constructed an impressive tablet wall featuring 50 iPads. This setup served as the center piece of the foyer, attracting delegates with a continuous looping animation. This attractor invited the attendees to explore further by interacting with the app on the iPads. 

Seamless Interaction with AI-Driven Insights

  • Each iPad was pre-loaded with a custom app that launched when the tablet was removed from the wall.
  • This app was a gateway to exploring Zero 100’s six key business sectors, presented through a mix of videos, interviews, and documents.
  • The main menu was elegantly designed with six distinct buttons
  • This allowed delegates to navigate effortlessly through the different segments of the company.

 

Personalised Engagement and Data Collection

  • The app was more than just a presentation tool; it was a powerful data collection device.
  • Delegates could express their interest in various assets by ticking boxes next to them.
  • This interaction was seamlessly captured and saved to a central server, complete with the user’s name, thanks to their initial data entry.
  • This feature enabled follow up with precise, personalised information based on the interests marked by each delegate. 

The Result: Engaged Delegates and Valuable Insights 

 When a tablet was returned to the wall, it seamlessly reverted to playing its section of the looping video, maintaining the dynamic and inviting atmosphere. This continuous cycle of interaction and display kept delegates constantly engaged. 

 The collected data gave Zero 100 a clear idea of which parts of their business caught the attendees’ interest. This information set the stage for targeted follow-ups, making sure the conversations started at the forum could continue in a meaningful and productive way.
